Mothering the Mother.
Postpartum Doula, Maternal Health Practitioner, Mother, Mental Health Advocate, Self-Care Provider and Your nu Best Friend.

Hi nuMama,
meet
danielle.
Hi, I’m Danielle!
I am a postpartum support specialist, a mother to four boys - Nate, Liam, Jack, and my beloved fur baby, Gus - and wife to my best friend, Jay.
Supporting and nurturing others has always come naturally to me, long before I decided to make it my profession. I have always been the friend who checks in during pregnancy and the early postpartum days, offering a listening ear, practical support, and a comforting presence. My own experiences as a mother, combined with my passion for caring for others, inspired me to help families navigate the beautiful and often overwhelming transition into parenthood. I believe every parent deserves to feel seen, supported, and cared for.
My approach is rooted in compassion, empathy, and creating a calm, judgment-free space where families can feel confident as they find their footing during this transformative season of life. I am deeply committed to supporting both the mental and physical well-being of new parents and helping them feel empowered in their journey. When I am not with my work families, I am rooted in my own. You can often find me building forts, exploring nature, and soaking up cuddles with my boys. I’ve always placed deep value on giving my children meaningful experiences, both big and small, that build connection, confidence, and memories.
Whether I’m exploring the city together with my whole family, enjoying intentional day dates with Jay, or restoring my nervous system with long walks with Gus at the beach or our favourite ravines, it’s these simple moments that make up my everyday life. I have been blessed both personally and professionally and am honoured to support families during one of the most meaningful transitions of their lives. And I welcome the opportunity to walk alongside you on your postpartum journey as well
